Niklas Hillenbrand (electronics technician for devices and systems) and Lajana Krug (metal technology specialist) achieved the best results in their professions in Hesse in their final exams this year. This outstanding achievement was recognized at a ceremony.
"We recognized early on that the best way to combat the shortage of skilled workers is to train our own qualified employees. That is why this topic has traditionally been a very high priority at JUMO," explained Managing Director and Shareholder Bernhard Juchheim in his welcoming speech.
At the same time, he thanked Frank Blasinger (head of industrial-technical training) and his team of instructors for maintaining the level of training even under difficult conditions. "Two state winners in one year is also something very special for JUMO and the best proof that we can guarantee top training even in times of a pandemic," added Bernhard Juchheim.
Congratulations from the Fulda Chamber of Industry and Commerce were conveyed by IHK President Dr. Christian Gebhardt, IHK Managing Director Michael Konow and training consultant Armin Gerbeth. They referred to the generally high level of training in the chamber district. This year, a total of 91 trainees completed their exams with very good results.
